What stays private

Everything you write: mood notes, inner child notes, AAVI notes, and your answers to your parts. These are encrypted before they're stored. The Fresh Start team cannot read them.

What the Fresh Start team can see

Your name and email, your mood and body scores, the feelings you select, your daily check in boxes, before and after ratings for AAVI, parts, and somatic exercises, and how often you use each tool. This helps the team support you and improve the program.

Emails and notifications

We send account emails, an optional daily reminder, and messages from the Fresh Start team. You can turn reminders off in Settings.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.
